I CAN NOT recommend this company enough. They were so fast & so easy to work with. We had damage to windows, siding & gutters (and more) from the hail storm of 2023. I fought every week with insurance & contractors (not naming our prior contractor :/) for almost a year. I contacted Big Red & within a week they stepped in & started working. They took over handling the last parts of insurance claims too. The crew was polite & responsive. Oh AND a special shout out to Jessica, she is wonderful to work with! They completed our home ahead of estimated time & the work is amazing. Call them, is all I can say!!
